Payments and Payment
Options:
This web store uses PayPal as the payment service and
credit card Merchant Service for all transactions.
You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay
by
credit card, debit card or electronic check. You can simply check out and
provide your credit card or debit card number and
billing address or you can pay directly from your bank
account using an electronic check without having to log
in to
PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can use
this to pay using any of the payment options you have
set up in your account. Paying with a PayPal
account gives you additional protections when buying
online.
Whichever method of payment you choose, either directly
via credit card or through an existing PayPal account, neither Charlton Commerce nor
New Hampshire Philharmonic sees any of your credit card or account
information - you only give this information to the
secure PayPal payment service through their secure
payment pages and not to Charlton Commerce or New Hampshire Philharmonic.
Hence neither Charlton Commerce nor New Hampshire Philharmonic
have access to or store any of your personal payment
information or your credit card or debit card number or
bank account number. We take your privacy and
security very seriously and have specifically set up our
web store to ensure that your sensitive personal
information is never put at risk.

If you do not have a PayPal account and will be paying by
credit or debit card, look for the link on the first
PayPal payment page that will allow you to bypass the
PayPal login and pay directly. It should look similar to
the illustration above.
Note: Your account profile in this web store does not
ask for or store your credit card or debit card billing
address. When you create an account with the web
store, you are providing information to allow us to offer
you the web store service and to contact you. This is
not your billing address but it is used as your default
shipping address. Any shipping address referred to by
the PayPal Merchant Service on the PayPal payment pages when
you check out is not used by this web store. The only
shipping address used by the web store for shipping your
order to you is the one you provide to the web store and
which is confirmed on your order confirmation.
Note: If you pay by credit card or debit card,
your statement will show the transaction as 'CHARLTON'
and not the web store name or New Hampshire Philharmonic. This is because
Charlton Commerce runs the web store on behalf of New Hampshire Philharmonic and
manages the payment services on behalf of New Hampshire Philharmonic.
Shipping and Shipping Options:
This web store only uses trackable courier services
using United Parcel Service
(UPS). We only use trackable services to
ensure that delivery details can be provided to you and you
can therefore access the courier's web site using the
tracking number we provide to see when your order is due for
delivery. As we prize customer service we do not use 'send
it and forget it' shipping services. When using UPS,
you will see Next Day, 2 Day and Ground shipping options
displayed.
Many of our customers like to know the likely shipping cost
before they check out. Hence we provide a shipping
cost estimator button in the shopping cart. When you
click this button you will be asked for your ZIP code (where
your order will be shipped to) and the web store will
contact the shipping services to give you an idea of cost.
We expect that the shipping cost you see in the estimator
will be exactly the same as the shipping cost you will see
when you check out.
Shipping costs shown in this web store at checkout or using
the 'Estimate Shipping' button in the shopping cart, are
derived directly and in real time from the UPS computer
systems. We do not mark up shipping
costs. When shipping by UPS, we are always conscious
of the cost to our customers. Hence if you have
ordered a single apparel item and the UPS Ground shipping cost is over
$10, we automatically reduce that cost at our expense.
You will see the 'YOU SAVE' note in the shipping cost
options display when you check out or in the 'Estimate
Shipping' pop-up window.
It is possible that the web store offers products that may
come directly from different suppliers. In this case,
you will see shipping options for each product that comes
from a different source or vendor partner when you check
out. You will need to select which option you want for
each of the separate shipping quotes that are shown.
How Long Does It Take to Ship Orders?
Apparel items that are embroidered or printed on-demand can take up
to 10 business days to ship. This is because we do not commence making the
final product complete with its logo or design until you place your order.
You must therefore allow this production time in addition to the length of time
it will take for shipping. That way you will have an estimate of the delivery
date of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an order status
update email which will also give you a tracking number if available.
Apparel items that are screen printed are held in stock in small quantities
as this is not a one-off process. Any orders for screen printed products
usually ship within 48 hours of your order.
